Why are some people so obsessed with hating Kairi? I mean, sure she is a Mary-sue, but it's not like she had said and/or done anything to make you hate her. Goodness gracious. And all the reasons for people bashing are pretty fecking retarded.

They are all pretty like this:

"I HATE HER CUZ SHE GETS IN TEH WAY OF SORA AND RIKU'S LUV 4 1ANOTHER."

Bullshit. She does not. Not even by a country MILE.

1.) Sora doesn't love Riku like that. He loves him like a brother and a best friend. Nothin' more.

"BUT, BUT, BUT HE CRIED WHEN HE FOUND RIKU AGAIN."

Well, duh. He had lost Riku for over a year and wasn't sure if he was alive or not. Unlike Kairi, because he knew that she was safe on the Islands and not off in the Darkness.

2.) Sora loves Kairi. That's why she gave him her charm, and how he went to great lengths to get her back from Riku/Ansem in the first game. Duh. That was pretty much his only reason.

"NO, HIS REASON WAS TO GET TO RIKU AND SAVE HIM."

Again, no. His first inciative was to find BOTH Riku and Kairi so that they could go back to the islands TOGETHER. Then it turned into a rescue mission for Kairi. And then it turned into a rescue/save mission for Riku AND Kairi. See the difference?

3.) The game is rated E. E I'M TELLING YOU! Or E10+, but whatever. And no, 10+ would not be because of boy love.

I AM NOT BASHING YOAI AT ALL. In fact I enjoy it myself (sometimes). Anyways, I'm just bashing Kairi bashers because most of their logic is fiction and reading way too far into some things.
